Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Placement Specialist will be responsible for placing insurance coverage with the appropriate markets, maintaining relationships with clients and insurers, and supporting the development of insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves training and mentoring junior staff and participating in recruiting activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Training and Recruiting
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
