Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a fresher with basic understanding of US staffing processes to build a career in the fast-paced world of IT recruitment and consultant marketing. Youll be responsible for marketing bench candidates (consultants) to various clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench candidates (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) to staffing vendors and direct clients across the US
- Work with consultants to gather marketing information, update resumes, and prepare for interviews
- Build strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients
- Submit qualified candidates to job requirements via job boards, email, or VMS portals
- Follow up regularly with clients and vendors for interview feedback and placements
- Maintain and update a database of vendors, client contacts, and open requirements
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, and onboarding statuses
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or any relevant field
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer support (preferred, not mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in the US CST time zone (Night Shift)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn is a plus
- Basic knowledge of US work visas (OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
