Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to vendors, clients and implementation partners.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in handling full life cycle of Bench Sales recruiter.
- Develop & Maintain strong Relationship with direct clients, Vendors and Implementation partners.
- Negotiate contracts, rate and employment terms with vendors and clients.
- Track submission, interviews and placements effectively using ATS Tools.
- Stay updated on market trends and requirements in US IT Staffing.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target drive environment
Skills Required
- 1 -3 Years hands on experience as a Bench Sales recruiter.
- Strong Understanding of US Tax terms.
- Proficiency in using job portals i.e. Dice, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn, Indeed Etc.
- Must Have good communication skills.
