Key Responsibilities :

  • End-to-end recruitment for
    Cloud Sales, IT Infrastructure Sales, and BFSI Account Management roles
    .
  • Source and engage candidates through
    Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
    .
  • Evaluate candidates for sales acumen, client-handling skills, and technical understanding of cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with
    sales leadership and business heads
    to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Drive
    timely closures
    and ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the
    candidate pipeline, offer tracking, and hiring dashboards
    .

Candidate Profiles:

  • 3–4 years of experience in
    sales recruitment
    , preferably in
    Cloud / BFSI / IT Services
    domain.
  • Proven experience in
    hiring mid to senior-level sales talent
    (Account Managers, Regional Sales Heads, etc.).
  • Excellent
    communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, target-driven environment
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    and BFSI sales models will be an advantage.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Taking initiative to solve problems and manage customer relationships.


• Basic understanding of cloud services and IT infrastructure is a plus.
