Job Description
As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process, focusing on connecting skilled IT professionals with relevant project opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client requirements, identify suitable candidates, and effectively submit profiles to prospective clients

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales team members to understand client requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly.

Source and identify potential candidates for suitable job openings.

Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Leverage various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent.

Negotiate Compensation And Other Contractual Terms With Candidates.
Track and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

Experience working on VMS and W2 recruiting

Qualifications
Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter within the IT staffing industry (1-3 years).

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates.

Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).
