Role Description

NoBrokerHood is seeking an HR Recruiter specializing in Media Sales for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. Your day-to-day duties will include sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop strategies to ensure successful placements, and maintain candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Should have 6 months to 2 years of Experience in Media Sales or Ad Sales for any brands
  • Should have interest in Recruiting
  • Create job posters / creatives for new hiring requirements and publish them on portals/social media.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain hiring dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases.
  • Build a strong pipeline of Media Sales professionals.
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation when needed.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Strong understanding of media sales role.
