Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage end-to-end business development within the general insurance sector. The candidate should understand the revenue model of broking and generate revenue by acquiring and converting clients.

Please note that we have a dedicated support team for underwriting and claims to assist the Business Development Team.

Candidates with their own team are also welcome.

Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in general insurance sales.

Location: Chennai

Salary: Best in the industry

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of corporate insurance products
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional language
  • Strong networking and client acquisition skills
  • Familiarity with local corporate clients, competitors, and insurance providers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDMA
