Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth within the EdTech sector.

2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate clients.

3.Conduct school visits and deliver product demonstrations to school principals and other decision-makers, showcasing the features and benefits of our EdTech products, such as Smart Panels, 3D Labs, E-Libraries, Innovation Labs, etc.

4.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

5.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth and innovation.

6.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

7.Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

8.Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

9.Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to finalize deals at the final level, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
