We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
- Track, analyze, and report business development performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of 4–8 years in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute growth initiatives.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
