Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Pune. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including assessing job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and handling multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs across technical roles (e.g., Developers (Backend & Frontend) , Engineers, Product Support, UI/UX, AI Specialists).
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interview schedules with internal stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports for leadership review.
- Build a strong candidate database for future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 2–2.5 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT product or AI-focused companies.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, job market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
