Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for a variety of technical roles within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the right candidates are matched with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT-related positions.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates, using job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment processes.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role in technical recruitment both Permanent and contract hiring.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical skills effectively.
