We are looking for dynamic Inside Sales Specialist (Tele Sales) with a charming personality to join our team who are able to work in pressure. You must concentrate on offering top-notch customer services to your clients if you want to stand out as the ideal choice. You must be a problem solver and communicate effectively the benefits of our product to the customer.
Responsibilities
Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
Initiating phone conversations with customer and pitch the product.
¢ Updating the database with all the customer's information.
¢ Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
¢ Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
¢ Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
¢ Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
¢ Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.
¢ Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
¢ Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
Requirements

Salary to Performance incentives up to 15000 per month + daily incentives up to 500)
