A leading Software Product Development Company, with its products being trusted and used for PC, Server and Cyber Security both at Homes and Corporate for close to Three Decades is looking for a Pre Sales Assistant Manager, in the Enterprise Sales function. The Company, started as a Security and has now successfully expanded its business to become a leading Security Software and Solution provider in the Cyber Security Space. With over 25 Million Customers, located in 100 countries, most of them in India and Europe.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work independently on pre-sales activities, which includes:
- Good knowledge on End point security & UTM technology and providing complete solution to the customers and partners
- Presenting K7 products and services portfolio to customer and partners
- Preparing POC closure documents and help sales to close the deal.
- Responsible to train, manage and update Enterprise Channel Partner Pre-Sale Consultant or Engineer on the product/ technology knowledge.
- Work hand-in hand with sales counterparts to grow the enterprise business
- Update the customer and partners on product changes, product upgrades and product innovations.
- Work closely with Regional Manager and Product management team to obtain the latest Product/ Technology know how.
- Conduct competitor's product analysis
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT security industry. In-depth knowledge of multiple OS platforms.
- Possess presentation-ready knowledge and product expertise on keys security technologies and solutions and specialized expertise in one or more network technologies.
- Possess good technical knowledge in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, Windows, is essential.
- Possess exposure to security software solutions like Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, data leakage, data protection and monitoring security will be added advantage.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Able to travel from time to time within short notice.
