
Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to be the first touchpoint for our potential clients. If you enjoy conversations, building trust, and guiding customers to the right solutions – this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Engage with leads from website, calls, and campaigns
- Understand requirements, qualify leads & set up meetings for sales/design team
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM (Nex-Sense)
- Follow up with prospects and keep them warm
- Support sales team with smooth handovers
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales / tele-calling / inside sales (interior design/home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication in English, Hindi & Kannada
- Confident, positive, and client-friendly personality
- Graduate in any stream, good with MS Office & CRM tools
