About the Role:

Cappella Sports is looking for
motivated freshers (0–1 year experience)
to join our Field Sales team as
Business Development Managers
. Training will be provided, and this role is ideal for candidates interested in
FMCG/Channel Sales/Distribution
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and B2B customers
  • Achieve sales targets and monitor sales & receipts
  • Ensure product visibility and SKU-wise penetration in outlets
  • Identify new customers and areas for business expansion
  • Negotiate with B2B customers, manage agreements, and drive volume
  • Renew yearly contracts with B2B clients
  • Manage high-volume accounts (top customers) and ensure market share growth
  • Handle consumer complaints professionally while upholding product values
  • Submit timely reports and follow company policies
