About the Role:
Cappella Sports is looking for
motivated freshers (0–1 year experience)
to join our Field Sales team as
Business Development Managers
. Training will be provided, and this role is ideal for candidates interested in
FMCG/Channel Sales/Distribution
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and B2B customers
- Achieve sales targets and monitor sales & receipts
- Ensure product visibility and SKU-wise penetration in outlets
- Identify new customers and areas for business expansion
- Negotiate with B2B customers, manage agreements, and drive volume
- Renew yearly contracts with B2B clients
- Manage high-volume accounts (top customers) and ensure market share growth
- Handle consumer complaints professionally while upholding product values
- Submit timely reports and follow company policies

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Graduates from any stream
