As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and building strong relationships with prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and schedule demos with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate to  a value proposition to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies and pitch presentations to meet client needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and through virtual meetings.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
