Inside Sales Specialists-CRM Workflow software automation App

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and schedule demos with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate to a value proposition to prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies and pitch presentations to meet client needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and through virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
