Business Development Executive- B2B Channel Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the B2B sales strategy, identifying high-potential opportunities, and executing targeted outreach to property developers, real estate agencies, investors, and other relevant industry players.
- Utilize your MBA-level knowledge and market expertise to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, tailoring our offerings to deliver exceptional value.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the benefits of our property management solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring seamless client experiences and successful implementation of our services.
- Mentor and guide a team of B2B Sales Representatives, providing leadership, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously refine and adapt the B2B sales strategy.
- Regularly report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and progress toward goals to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, property management, or related industries.
- In-depth understanding of the real estate market, property investment landscape, and property management services.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
