Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the B2B sales strategy, identifying high-potential opportunities, and executing targeted outreach to property developers, real estate agencies, investors, and other relevant industry players.
  • Utilize your MBA-level knowledge and market expertise to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, tailoring our offerings to deliver exceptional value.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the benefits of our property management solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring seamless client experiences and successful implementation of our services.
  • Mentor and guide a team of B2B Sales Representatives, providing leadership, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously refine and adapt the B2B sales strategy.
  • Regularly report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and progress toward goals to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, property management, or related industries.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market, property investment landscape, and property management services.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
