We are looking for a strategic yet detail-oriented leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations, especially in the F&B space
  • A proven ability to lead and inspire large cross-functional teams while maintaining a sharp focus on operational efficiency and quality
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
  • A track record of managing multiple manufacturing sites or high-volume production units
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels
  • A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of operational planning and execution across production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics

  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

  • Ensure timely production, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality standards

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, R&D) to align operational

goals with business objectives

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support rapid business growth and scalability

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reporting on operational performance and

areas for improvement

  • Lead compliance efforts with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements

  • Mentor and manage a team of middle managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Oversee vendor and supplier management to ensure timely procurement, cost control, and supply chain continuity

  • Drive innovation in production techniques and technologies to improve throughput and product quality

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, with a strong background in Manufacturing and F&B sectors

-Proven track record in leading large teams and managing multi-functional operations

  • Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making tools

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational methodologies
  • Experience working with automated manufacturing systems or Industry 4.0 practices
  • Exposure to sustainability initiatives or green manufacturing practices
