We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and optimize the supply chain and logistics operations within our printing company. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of materials, goods, and products, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory levels, and improving logistics efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing & Coordination:

Manage the end-to-end order processing, from receiving orders to delivery.

Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.

2. Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock.

Reorder materials as necessary, maintaining relationships with suppliers.

3. Shipping & Delivery:

Plan and manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.

Negotiate and manage contracts with freight forwarders, couriers, and transportation companies.

Ensure shipments are delivered on time and in good condition, handling any issues or delays.

4. Vendor & Supplier Management:

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of materials and services.

Develop strong relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.

Ensure suppliers adhere to quality standards and delivery schedules.

5. Cost Management & Budgeting:

Monitor logistics costs and seek cost-effective solutions for transportation and storage.

Maintain budgetary controls, aiming to reduce expenses without compromising service quality.

Provide regular cost analysis and reports to management.

6. Warehouse Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution.

Implement best practices for warehouse layout, picking, and packing.

Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained within the warehouse.

7. Logistics Planning & Improvement:

Analyze and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Use data and analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.

Implement new logistics strategies and technologies as needed.

8. Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure proper documentation of all logistics processes, including shipping records, purchase orders, and invoices.

Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Handle import/export documentation if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.

Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management practices in the printing industry, including understanding of materials like paper, ink, and other printing supplies.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, logistics software, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, make recommendations, and implement solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments.
