Logistics Executive – Job Opening

Location: Charni Road

Experience: 1–2 years

Industry: Pharma / Chemicals (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:


• Coordinate domestic & international shipments (Air/Sea/Road).


• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders & CHA for timely dispatch and delivery.


• Prepare and verify logistics documents: Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, LR/AWB/BL, COO, etc.


• Handle import/export coordination, customs documentation, and CHA communication.


• Submit export/import documents to the bank for EDPMS & IDPMS closure.


• Generate e-BRC and ensure timely submission to bank/DGFT.


• Follow up for Duty Drawback, RODTEP, and ensure timely sale/realization of RODTEP e-scrips.


• Track shipments, GRN status, dispatch reports, and maintain inventory/logistics trackers.


• Coordinate with Manufacturer, Warehouse & finance teams.


• Resolve delays, damages, shortages, or other logistics issues.

Skills Required:


• Strong knowledge of logistics, import/export operations & customs procedures.


• Experience with EDPMS/IDPMS, e-BRC, Duty Drawback & RODTEP portal.


• Good communication, coordination & problem-solving

skills.


• Proficiency in Excel/ERP & shipment tracking tools.


• Ability to work accurately under timelines.

Qualification


• Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce.


• Experience in pharma/chemical/raw material logistics preferred.
