Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Senior Logistics Executive
who will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods, and driving process improvements across the supply chain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, and last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily dispatches from warehouse to customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and courier services to ensure on-time delivery and minimal transit damage.
  • Track shipments, maintain delivery schedules, and ensure smooth flow of inventory across channels.
  • Optimize logistics costs through effective route planning, vendor negotiation, and process efficiency.
  • Handle reverse logistics and returns efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry in ERP/logistics systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams for order fulfillment.
  • Analyze logistics performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of 3PL operations, transportation management, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
