Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfilment:

Oversee the entire process from when a customer places an order to it being delivered, including receiving, picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Transportation & Shipping:

Plan the most efficient and cost-effective transportation methods and routes. This includes selecting carriers, negotiating rates, booking pickups, and monitoring the progress of shipments.
- Tracking & Problem Solving:

Track orders in real-time and address operational issues such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, or incorrect orders. Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams about any delays or problems.
- Reverse Logistics (Returns):

Manage the process for handling customer returns and exchanges efficiently, including quality checks, restocking, or disposal of returned items.
- Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure all shipping documents, invoices, and customs requirements are accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:

Use data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, costs, and order accuracy. Generate reports to identify trends and improve logistics strategies.
- Vendor Management:

Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure reliable service.

Skills Required:

Proficiency with logistics software (WMS, TMS, ERP systems), MS Office applications (especially Excel), and data analysis tools.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Negotiation skills for working with vendors and carriers. 

  • Bills reconciliation.

  • Onboarding new ERP software.

Immediate joiners or the candidates serving their notice period are preferred.
