Job Role :

The Logistics Executive ensures timely pickup and delivery of goods, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between clients, transporters, and internal departments to maintain smooth logistics operations.

Eligibility :

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
    or a related field.
  • 1–3 years
    of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain coordination preferred.

Key Responsibility :

  • Coordinate and plan dispatch schedules for timely deliveries.
  • Track shipments and monitor delivery status.
  • Maintain records of inward and outward materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Arrange transportation, plan routes, and allocate vehicles efficiently.
  • Optimize logistics costs and ensure deliveries meet timelines and budgets.
  • Communicate with warehouse teams and drivers for proper loading and unloading of materials.
  • Prepare logistics documentation such as:
  • Delivery Challans
  • E-way Bills
  • Invoices
  • Dispatch/Transport Records
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and negotiate transport rates.
  • Manage logistics partners for improved efficiency and reliability.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on:
  • Logistics operations
  • Transport expenses
  • Shipment tracking
  • Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate record maintenance.
