  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs
  • Research potential vendors and compare prices, quality, and delivery speed
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Process purchase orders and manage the procurement database
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Coordinate with logistics providers for timely and cost-effective transportation
  • Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations
  • Optimize supply chain processes to minimize lead times
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain good relationships
  • Assess and manage risks within the supply chain
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
  • Implement and utilize cost-effective logistics solutions
  • Resolve any issues or complaints related to procurement and logistics
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on procurement and logistics activities
  • Implement and maintain sustainable procurement practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in procurement and logistics management
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local and international procurement and logistics regulations
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed procurement decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement and logistics processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of sustainable procurement practices
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
