About the CEO and Co-Founder:

Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Summary

Open Secret is looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to lead our transportation and distribution operations. This role is crucial to ensuring timely deliveries, cost-effective logistics, and strong coordination with transporters and warehouse partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics operations including dispatch planning, route optimization, and delivery tracking.
  • Coordinate closely with transporters to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and resolution of transit issues.
  • Negotiate contracts and service terms with logistics partners and transport vendors.
  • Monitor fleet performance, delivery SLAs, and cost metrics.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline outbound logistics and reduce turnaround time.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and transporter performance.
  • Implement logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards in transportation.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics transportation management, preferably in FMCG or D2C.
  • Proven experience in managing transporter relationships and optimizing delivery networks.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics software (WMS, TMS) and Excel-based reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
