Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.

Process customer orders accurately in the system and coordinate with the warehouse, transportation, and carriers for timely dispatch.

Handle customer complaints, concerns, and issues promptly, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.

Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, and finance to resolve order-related issues.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.

Prepare and analyze daily/weekly reports related to shipments, delivery performance, and customer feedback.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding shipments and transportation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics operations and customer service processes.

Familiarity with ERP / order management systems.
