Role Description

You are responsible to oversee and manage end-to-end import activities to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods. The role involves coordinating with international suppliers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and customs authorities to execute smooth import operations. It include monitoring shipment schedules, resolving import-related issues, ensuring accurate and complete documentation, handling customer updates, and maintaining compliance with import regulations. The manager will also work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • 3+ Years of experience in Freight Forwarding or NVOCC
  • Proficiency in logistics operations, shipment coordination, and supply chain processes
  • Detail-oriented with skills in documentation and records management
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
