Coordinate with suppliers: Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with foreign

suppliers.

Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs

requirements

Monitor and evaluate: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of import activities

Prepare reports: Prepare daily status reports of imports

Track shipments: Track shipments by performing vessel inquiries

Coordinate with internal teams: Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth import

operations

Qualifications & Skills

Any graduate.

2 to 3+ years of experience preferred

Knowledge of import documentation and import procedures related to sea

Knowledge of custom tariff, custom notification, and HS code

Knowledge of shipment policy and insurance

Ability to speak English

Ability to coordinate with clients and staff.
