Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Delhi for a Sales Person specializing in orthopedic surgical instruments. The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding client requirements, and presenting appropriate product solutions. The role also involves providing technical support during surgeries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while maintaining detailed records of sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Medical Sales, with an understanding of the sales process and client relationship management
  • Familiarity with Operating Room protocols and ability to offer support during Surgery
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field; experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly preferred
