  • Customer Experience: Ensure smooth order processing, returns management, and high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Product Cataloging: Write compelling product descriptions and ensure accurate specifications and sizing details.
  • Coordination: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to align inventory, promotions, and brand consistency.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and suggest pricing/assortment changes.
