  • We are looking for a motivated HR professional to support recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR operations. You will help keep HR processes smooth and support the team in daily HR activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • 70% Recruitment & 30% Administration and operations.
  • job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Assist with payroll processing and HR compliance
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent HR-related field
  • Female candidates only
  • Freshers with Dynamic personalities or years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
