Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously, addressing queries related to mobile, broadband, and other telecom services.
- Provide accurate, timely responses to customer questions about billing, activation, technical issues, service plans, and account updates.
- Troubleshoot service-related problems and escalate issues when necessary to relevant internal departments.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone during all customer interactions.
- Log all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as Chat Handling Time, First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Response Time.
Stay updated on telecom products, services, promotions, and policy changes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.

- B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.
