Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously, addressing queries related to mobile, broadband, and other telecom services.
  • Provide accurate, timely responses to customer questions about billing, activation, technical issues, service plans, and account updates.
  • Troubleshoot service-related problems and escalate issues when necessary to relevant internal departments.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone during all customer interactions.
  • Log all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs such as Chat Handling Time, First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Response Time.
  • Stay updated on telecom products, services, promotions, and policy changes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
