Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Assist customers with queries, complaints, and support-related issues.
  • Upsell products and services where applicable (if the process involves sales).
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to call quality standards and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to relevant departments as per process guidelines.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.

  • Prior experience in a BPO/voice process is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree and experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
