Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the Non-Voice Process with Indias leading online grocery platform. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals to build a stable career in customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat and email professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information related to orders, delivery, refunds, and product details.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within turnaround time.
  • Maintain and update internal databases with relevant information.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for escalations and follow-ups.

Required Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Typing speed: Minimum 25–30 WPM with good accuracy.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, Browsing).
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate / Diploma
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Age: Upto 29 years

Salary:

  • Freshers: 17,000 Take Home
  • Experienced: Up to 20,000 Take Home (based on experience)

Shift:

  • Day Shift (Rotational)
  • 5 days working, 2 days rotational off
