Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication and persuasive negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, with a focus on technology sales. This position requires proficiency in CRM software and the ability to engage customers through warm calling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and foster long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for effective outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in business development activities to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Experience in technology sales or related fields is advantageous.
