Telesales Agent

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives with prior experience in telesales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Generate leads through outbound calling (B2B)

• Pitch website design, business growth, marketing services to potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable website packages

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales closures

• Maintain accurate sales records via EXCEL or company tools

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide reports to management on daily activity & performance

Required Skills

Strong verbal communication (English/Hindi preferred)

Proven telesales experience

Good negotiation & convincing skills

Ability to handle objections professionally

Time management & multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
