Job Description - Business Associate (Female)

Location: Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi

Company: Distributor of Bearings (Japanese Product for Manufacturing Industry)

Role: Business Associate (Female)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales (B2B preferred) OR
- Freshers: With the right attitude and strong communication skills are welcome

Compensation:

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold and warm calls to potential leads; schedule and follow up with existing and new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote and evangelize company products to generate sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets based on past sales history of assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from allocated accounts.
- Direct prospective clients to the field sales team when necessary.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Proven experience in B2B telesales (preferred) or a strong interest in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve business targets consistently.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
