We are urgently hiring for the **Signage Board Company.**

Profile - **Business Development Manager.**
Experience - **2 to 3 Years.**
Qualification **:Any Graduate.**

Location **:Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, new offerings, and opportunities for collaboration.

**3. Proposal Development and Presentation**:

- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, production, and marketing to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Present proposals to clients in a clear, persuasive manner, demonstrating the value proposition of our services.

**4. Sales and Revenue Management**:

- Meet and exceed sales by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the management team to develop sales strategies, forecast revenue projections, and drive business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in advertising or marketing.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
