  • Identify trends, assess competition, and support Leasing Head in designing informed leasing strategies for retail properties.
  • Lead implementation of leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, attract and retain tenants across properties
  • Carry out business development activities to secure new retail leads.
  • Develop relationships with clients and channel partners to source business through direct marketing and networking.
  • Prepare proposals and decks for pitching prospective clients
  • Present leasing options to retail clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and operational needs.
  • Conduct property tours and provide information to potential tenants.
  • Continuously engage with prospective clients to convert the deal.
  • Assist in negotiating lease terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the client and Trehan Iris.
  • Handle all paperwork, process lease agreements and handle security deposits.
  • Closely coordinate with the Design and fit-outs team to ensure finishing is as per approved design and clients expectations.
  • Ensure accuracy and up-to-date lease agreements.
  • Follow up with clients on delayed rents etc.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure regular engagements with them.
  • Address tenant complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare master sheets, MIS, rent performa, and other reports for Leasing Head and management review

Collaborate with projects, sales, marketing, and facilities teams to align on leasing goals.
