Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with a background in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their printing and packaging requirements.
Coordinate with internal production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and manage ongoing communications.
Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met before delivery.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues affecting client satisfaction.
Maintain client data and project records through CRM tools.
Work towards upselling and expanding business with existing clients.
Ensure post-delivery feedback and client retention strategies are in place.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience in a client-facing role in the printing and packaging industry is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project coordination and time management abilities.
Good understanding of printing techniques, packaging materials, and production timelines.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or a related field preferred.
