Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and annual growth targets.
  • Identify and develop new markets, distributors, and retail channels to expand business reach.
  • Monitor and analyze daily sales reports to track team performance and sales efficiency.
  • Train, guide, and motivate the sales team on product knowledge, selling skills, and market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, schemes, and promotions to boost sales and visibility.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Industry experience in plywood, laminates, adhesives, or MDF is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle distributors, retailers, and team members.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and business expansion.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
  • Team player with leadership qualities (for supervisory roles).
