The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and remove the roadblocks for capital equipment loan processing. ResponsibilitiesMonitor the existing sale orders & evaluate their payment status. Coordinate with front sales team, customer and bankers/financiers to remove roadblocks in completing the payment.

Assist customers for loan processing with document collection and follow up with bankers to collect the Delivery Order (DO). Collecting advance within the targeted timeline, advance and payment collection follow-up.

Ensure that the sale orders are punched and orders are dispatched as per agreed timelines. Coordinate with the planning and production team for understanding the expected delivery date of the products. Involves coordinating with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve any payment issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure positive relationships with clients while reducing delinquency.

Maintaining relationship with bankers in different banks for DO approval and loan clearance. Qualifications & Requirements6 to 10 years of experience as collection officer, collection executive, area collection manager, relationship manager or similar role. Any Graduation or related field.

Have experience handling collection for capital equipment's, commercial vehicles etc. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to heavy machinery or construction equipment manufacturing.
