Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi
Salary: 50,000 to 60,000 (In-hand, per month) (Depending on your current salary package)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing key client relationships, client acquisition.The ideal candidate should have strong professional networks, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in handling government officials, banks, or institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, government agencies, banks, and institutional partners.
- Act as a liaison between the company and stakeholders for smooth business operations.
- Develop and execute strategies for client engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Ensure timely communication, updates, and follow-ups with clients and partners.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and official interactions when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with company deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in relationship management, client servicing, or business development.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Ministry, Banks, Trade Bodies, or Institutional Backgrounds.
- Strong communication, networking, and convincing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant specialization preferred.
- Willingness to work from Punjabi Bagh office, 6 days a week.
