Job Title Relationship Manager - Loan Against Property LAP and Micro LAPLocation DelhiSalary upto 4 LPARole Overview The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients seeking Loan Against Property LAP and Micro LAP solutions This role involves developing strong client relationships understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LAP and Micro LAP products and a proven track record in client relationship management Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Identify and acquire new clients through various channels including referrals networking and market research Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate LAP and Micro LAP solutions Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering expert guidance and recommendations on LAP and Micro LAP products Sales and Business Development Drive sales of LAP and Micro LAP products by meeting or exceeding assigned targets and goals Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence and expand the client base Product Knowledge and Advisory Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LAP and Micro LAP products including features benefits and eligibility criteria Provide detailed information to clients about product options terms and conditions and help them make informed decisions Assist clients with the application process including documentation and approvals Customer Service and Support Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Coordinate with internal teams such as credit underwriting and operations to ensure smooth processing and delivery of loans Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to review their needs and provide ongoing support Reporting and Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions transactions and feedback Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance client activity and market trends to management Ensure compliance with company policies regulatory requirements and industry standards Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in relationship management sales or financial services preferably with a focus on LAP and Micro LAP products Strong understanding of LAP and Micro LAP product offerings credit analysis and underwriting processes Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
