Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with suitable life insurance solutions. Daily tasks include client meetings, policy reviews, addressing client queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The goal is to drive sales and enhance client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client relationship management and customer service skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Understanding of life insurance products and financial planning
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
