What would you be required to do?

Sales Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to sales strategies, and achievement of revenue targets.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize the sales function.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics etc to support sales initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.

P&L Accountability:

  • Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

  • Monitor and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and product exclusivity.

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets consistently

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure to delivers exceptional customer service that reflects the company's brand image.

  • Oversee key client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects etc ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Provide regular updates to the Head on sales performance, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives.

  • Prepare and present detailed financial and operational reports, including revenue forecasts, sales trends, and P&L analysis.

  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization to support the sales team's goals and objectives.

Relationship Management:

  • Ensure the highest standards of customer experience are met throughout the sales process.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

  • Represent the company at luxury industry events and maintain a visible presence in the premium home décor community

Who qualifies?

  • Master's Degree in Management
  • 5+ years of Luxury Sales experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
