Role & responsibilities:

1. Sales Operations Management:

* Oversee the daily operations of the sales, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to sales strategies, and achievement of revenue targets.

* Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize the sales function.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics etc to support sales initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.

2. P&L Accountability:

* Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

* Monitor and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with company goals.

* Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality and product exclusivity.

* Responsible for achieving sales targets consistently

3. Client Relationship Management:

* Ensure to delivers exceptional customer service that reflects the companys brand image.

* Oversee key client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, architects etc ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

* Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners.

4. Reporting and Communication:

* Provide regular updates to the Head on sales performance, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives.

* Prepare and present detailed financial and operational reports, including revenue forecasts, sales trends, and P&L analysis.

* Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization to support the sales teams goals and objectives.

5. Relationship Management:

* Ensure the highest standards of customer experience are met throughout the sales process.

* Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.

* Represent the company at luxury industry events and maintain a visible presence in the premium home dcor community

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in luxury sales or home dcor.
  • Strong command over budgeting, P&L, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.
