What would you be required to do?

Curate Client Journeys:

- Deeply understand each client's vision, aspirations, and design sensibilities to offer impeccably natural stones.

- Deliver exclusive, personalised presentations and private gallery tours of our luxury collection at The Quarry Gallery.

- Cultivate and nurture high-value relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and leading figures in the architecture and design fraternity.

Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives

- Take full ownership of the sales lifecycle from the first conversation to the final handshake.

- Partner with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers to propose refined, value-driven solutions.

- Proactively manage and convert high-quality leads from B2B partners, curated events, and targeted marketing efforts.

Collaborate to Elevate

- Liaise seamlessly with Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to deliver flawless, end-to-end client experiences.

- Influence product curation and gallery aesthetics to enhance engagement and inspire purchase decisions.

Analyse, Innovate, and Excel

- Maintain records of client interactions, project progress, and sales metrics.

- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking global luxury trends, evolving interior design preferences, and competitor strategies.

- Continuously refine your expertise through advanced training in product knowledge, client relationship mastery, and negotiation skills.

What skills are we looking for?

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Excellent analytical skills.

Who qualifies?

- Master's Degree in Management

- 5+ years of Luxury Sales experience
