Job Title: Multi-Cuisine Chef

Location: Miracle Restaurant & Cafe, Kunnamangalam

Duty Hours: 10 to 12 Hours (Flexible shifts)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and skill)

Job Overview:

Miracle Restaurant & Cafe is seeking a skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in preparing a variety of cafe-style cuisines, with a strong emphasis on quality, presentation, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of cafe-style dishes, including:
  • Sandwiches, Burgers, Wraps
  • Tea, Coffee, Milkshakes, Mojitos
  • Chinese (Fried Rice, Noodles, Manchurian, etc.)
  • Italian (Pasta, Pizza, Garlic Bread, etc.)
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets hygiene & safety standards.
  • Plan and manage kitchen operations during shift hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Monitor food stock and coordinate with the manager for inventory.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
  • Innovate and contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a chef in a café or multi-cuisine kitchen.
  • Expertise in fast food, beverages, and both Indian and international cuisines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Preference will be given to candidates located in or around Kunnamangalam.
