We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Sales & Recruitment.
  • Identify and attract potential franchisees.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with prospects.
  • Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process.
  • Market Research & Strategy.
  • Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Develop business strategies to grow the franchise network.
  • Assist new franchisees in setting up their business.
  • Provide training on company standards, operations, and policies.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
  • Address franchisee concerns and provide ongoing support.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards.
  • Ensure franchisees adhere to company guidelines and brand standards.
  • Monitor franchise operations to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Financial & Performance Monitoring.
  • Analyze franchise performance metrics and profitability.
  • Provide guidance to franchisees for business growth.

Skills Required:

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Knowledge of franchise laws and agreements

Strategic thinking and market analysis skills

Ability to work independently and travel as needed
