We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Sales & Recruitment.
- Identify and attract potential franchisees.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospects.
- Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process.
- Market Research & Strategy.
- Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities.
- Develop business strategies to grow the franchise network.
- Assist new franchisees in setting up their business.
- Provide training on company standards, operations, and policies.
- Relationship Management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
- Address franchisee concerns and provide ongoing support.
- Compliance & Brand Standards.
- Ensure franchisees adhere to company guidelines and brand standards.
- Monitor franchise operations to maintain quality and consistency.
- Financial & Performance Monitoring.
- Analyze franchise performance metrics and profitability.
- Provide guidance to franchisees for business growth.
Skills Required:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Knowledge of franchise laws and agreements
Strategic thinking and market analysis skills
Ability to work independently and travel as needed
